5-Day Buyer Protection and Refund Policy

Buyers must test purchased products and request help within five days of confirmed payment.

Each confirmed purchase has a five-day buyer protection window. Buyers must download, test the product against the listed requirements, and open a platform support ticket if help is needed. Refund or dispute requests must be opened before the five-day window ends. Requests opened after the deadline are normally not eligible unless Super Admin finds clear evidence of fraud, duplicate payment or a serious platform-side access issue. Support must happen inside CodeDevStack so the review team can see the full record.
